  1. Put 1 handful of spinach in the blender
  2. Peel the banana and put it in the blender
  3. Put in the cup of frozen berries
  4. Put in the cinnamon and the Benefiber
  5. Then put in the almond butter and the prune juice
  6. Put in the kefir and then the almond milk and... Enjoy! ;)
