Mom's Geriatric Pregnancy Breakfast Smoothie:
- You need: spinach, strawberry or black cherry kefir, Benefiber, 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen berries, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp almond butter, almond milk, and prune juice
- Put 1 handful of spinach in the blender
- Peel the banana and put it in the blender
- Put in the cup of frozen berries
- Put in the cinnamon and the Benefiber
- Then put in the almond butter and the prune juice
- Put in the kefir and then the almond milk and... Enjoy! ;)
